She's All That Expo Recap!
Amelia, Ciera, Stephanie and Kelcie all attended the She’s All That Expo in San Ramon, CA. It was actually the first time all four of the lead cast members have been together in almost one year! It was so much fun to meet young people from all over the Bay Area. Several had seen the film, and other’s hadn’t seen it but were able to watch it at the Expo. One lucky winner won an autographed Adina’s Deck DVD and autographed poster in the Raffle! Here are some pictures from the event:

We are so lucky to have Tony Varni, Steve Titsworth, Kimmy Trussell, Gail Rivard and Kelcie’s brother! These parents are amazing- they drove from all over Northern CA- including from Modesto and Sacramento

I couldn’t stop smiling- it was so great to see all of them! Jason and I have been writing episodes 2 & 3, and we are so happy to see they haven’t changed drastically in the past year (we don’t want the series to look too “old” too soon!)
Ciera looks the same, but I think she has grown a few inches. I felt very short next to her. Jason had to bend down because he was towering over us.

My friend Angie Eaton was there with Cookie Lee Jewelry for all the girls. She donated butterfly necklaces to the 300 attendees!
Overall it was an amazing reunion and amazing way to promote Internet Safety and the importance of responsible uses of Technology. We hope to do more events in the future. Thank you to everyone we met and Soroptimist of San Ramon for having us!

why is it that there are no boys in all those pictures i mean sure there arent really that many boys who are cb victims but at least a small perent are. I’m just saying

You are absolutely right, many boys are Cyber Bullying victims. This expo just happened to be all girls, so that’s why there weren’t any boys in the pictures. Thanks for posting!

The expo was great! Cyber-bullying is something that people are becoming more aware of. Hopefully Adina’s Deck (episode one) will help to educate those people that have been victims, or even the ones who have been the “cyber-bullyers” so they can be aware of the harmful effects of their actions. No one deserves to be bullied – either face to face or via the internet! Thanks to the Soroptimist Club for putting on such an awesome conference and including Debbie Heimowitz and the Adina’s Deck Cast! The girls had a great time signing autographs and spreading the word about cyberbullying…
